Description

A refreshing non-alcoholic drink combining pineapple, coconut, basil, and lime.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh basil sprigs for garnish
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using) to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
