Description
A light and airy dessert salad with the tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut.
Ingredients

			- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
 - 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
 - 1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
 - 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
 - 1/2 cup flaked coconut
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine undrained crushed pineapple and dry instant vanilla pudding mix.
 - Stir in cream of coconut.
 - Gently fold in thawed whipped topping.
 - Stir in flaked coconut.
 - Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
 
Notes
- For a thicker fluff, use less pineapple juice.
 - Add maraschino cherries for garnish.
