Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into pie dish.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over crust.
- Combine pecans, corn syrup, and brown sugar, then spread over cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely before serving.

- Let pie cool completely for easier slicing.
