- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, cream peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread dough evenly in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or chopped peanuts.
- Do not overbake—bars should be soft.
