Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Heat cream until hot, pour over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth.
  8. Spread ganache over cheesecake and refrigerate for 1 hour.
