Ingredients

- 1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 5 bananas, sliced
- 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
- Stir in peanut butter until well combined.
- Whisk in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with pudding mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
Notes
- For a richer peanut butter flavor, use crunchy peanut butter.
- You can add chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
- This dessert is best served cold.
