- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup cold water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Stir in cold water.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour half the gelatin into a serving dish.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over gelatin.
- Pour remaining gelatin over cream cheese layer.
- Chill until firm.
Notes
- For a firmer layer, let the first gelatin layer set slightly before adding the cream cheese.
- You can use fresh or canned peaches, pureed, for added flavor.
