Instructions
- Place frozen peaches, almond milk, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup (if using) into a blender.
- Add ice cubes if you want a thicker smoothie.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, toast the oats lightly before adding them to the blender.
- If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a small pitted date or a little more maple syrup.
