Simple frozen treats featuring graham crackers and red, white, and blue layers.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup strawberry or raspberry puree (for red layer)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or whipped topping (for white layer)
- 1/2 cup blueberry puree (for blue layer)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped heavy cream until just combined.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture into three equal portions.
- Mix the strawberry or raspberry puree into one portion. Mix the blueberry puree into another portion. Leave the third portion plain white.
- Spread the red layer evenly over the frozen crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread the white layer over the red layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread the blue layer over the white layer. Cover the pan and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into squares before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought whipped topping instead of whipping heavy cream for a quicker preparation.
- For cleaner cuts, let the pan sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.
