Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Arrange zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the zucchini.
- Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese melts.
