Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
