Simple and delicious oven-baked meatballs perfect for pasta or subs.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or pork for the beef.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Meatballs can be frozen after baking.
