Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup penne pasta
  • 1 cup rotini pasta
  • 1 cup farfalle pasta
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add all three pasta types and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
