Description
A simple, one-pot pasta dish with chicken and three types of pasta for a family-friendly meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups diced chicken breast
- 1 cup penne pasta
- 1 cup rotini pasta
- 1 cup farfalle pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add all three pasta types and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and basil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken for faster preparation.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
