Description
A simple and delicious one-pot pasta dish featuring tender beef, creamy sauce, and rich garlic butter flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups beef broth
- 12 ounces uncooked pasta
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the pot. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the uncooked pasta and stir. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use butter instead of olive oil.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash more beef broth or cream.
