A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring juicy steak bites served over cheesy garlic butter noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Toss until well combined.
- Return steak bites to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet for best results.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if needed.
