A refreshing and flavorful pasta salad with a seafood-inspired twist.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta (such as rotini or farfalle)
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, red onion, and green bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
- Add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra color and flavor.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
