Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
