Description
A refreshing pasta salad featuring smoked salmon, cream cheese, and dill in a light dressing.
Ingredients

- 250g pasta
- 200g smoked salmon, flaked
- 100g cream cheese, cubed
- Small bunch of fresh dill, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, flaked smoked salmon, cubed cream cheese, and chopped dill.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any short pasta shape.
- Add other vegetables like cucumber or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Adjust the amount of lemon juice and olive oil to your preference.
