Quick and easy no-bake cookies perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add rolled oats and stir until well coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
  6. Let cool completely until firm.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • For firmer cookies, add a few more tablespoons of oats.
  • Peanut butter can be substituted with almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
