Quick and easy no-bake cookies perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
Instructions
- Combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and stir until well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Let cool completely until firm.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- For firmer cookies, add a few more tablespoons of oats.
- Peanut butter can be substituted with almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
