- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 24 graham cracker sheets
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers.
- Arrange strawberry slices over the whipped cream.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh strawberries.
- Let the cake chill for at least 4 hours to soften the graham crackers.
- Top with extra strawberries before serving.
