- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into desired portions.
