A no-bake cheesecake featuring the classic combination of Oreo and mint flavors. It’s easy to make and requires no oven.

- 15 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 cups heavy cream, cold
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped Andes mints or other mint chocolate candy
Instructions
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Stir in peppermint extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over the chilled crust. Sprinkle with chopped mint chocolate candy.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Slice and serve.

- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
- Use cold heavy cream for best whipping results.
- Chill the cheesecake adequately before slicing.
