A simple and delicious no-bake cheesecake featuring crushed Oreos and a creamy filling.

- 1 package (16 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Additional Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Combine 2 cups of finely crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
- Pour the filling over the Oreo crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Garnish with additional crushed Oreo cookies before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, you can add 1 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons of hot water to the cream cheese mixture.
- Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
