Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Add grated ginger and turmeric. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in lemon juice and honey.
- Add a pinch of black pepper.
- Strain and serve warm or chilled.
