Ingredients

- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F.
- Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Season patties with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place each patty on a large piece of foil.
- Top each patty with sliced mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Fold foil tightly around each patty to seal.
- Grill or bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
