These Mozzarella Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are a fun and festive appetizer perfect for Halloween or Christmas parties. They are bite-sized, cheesy, and packed with pepperoni flavor.

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
- In a small bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and chopped pepperoni.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Press the edges of the biscuit dough together to seal, forming a ball.
- Place each pizza bomb into a mini muffin cup.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For Halloween, you can add small edible candy eyes after baking.
- For Christmas, sprinkle with red and green edible glitter before baking.
- Ensure the biscuit dough is sealed well to prevent the cheese from leaking out.
