- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup M&M’s candies
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats, peanut butter chips, M&M’s candies, and chocolate chips.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm enough to roll.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the cookie balls for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, you can chill the dough for longer.
- Store the cookie balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
