Description

A light, non-alcoholic drink combining watermelon, mint, and lime flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes, lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar (if using) into a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp and mint pieces. Press down on the solids to extract all liquid.
  4. Stir in the cold water or club soda.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice if needed.
  6. Serve immediately over ice cubes. Garnish with extra mint sprigs or lime wedges.

Notes

  • For a stronger mint flavor, muddle the mint leaves lightly before adding them to the blender.
  • If you prefer a sweeter drink, increase the sugar amount slightly.
