Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugars, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir grated zucchini into the wet mixture.

  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
