Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the herb mixture over the fish, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
