- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine oats, chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a jar or container.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients.
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Before serving, stir the oats and top with chopped pecans.
