Instructions

  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain fat.
  3. Add onion and green pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in Manwich sauce and cooked macaroni.
  5. Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
