Description

A refreshing homemade lemonade flavored with fresh mango and strawberry.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the water, lemon juice, and sugar in a large pitcher. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Place the cubed mango and hulled strawberries in a blender. Add 1 cup of the prepared lemonade mixture. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the fruit puree into the pitcher with the remaining lemonade mixture. Stir well to combine.
  4. Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness or tartness if needed by adding more sugar or lemon juice, a little at a time.
  5. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve over ice cubes.
