- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups plain or lightly flavored kombucha
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Mango slices and lemon wheels for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the mango puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup (if using) in a glass.
- Stir the mixture well to combine the base flavors.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the mango-lemon mixture over the ice.
- Slowly top the glass with kombucha.
- Stir gently once or twice to mix the layers slightly.
- Garnish with mango slices and lemon wheels before serving.

- For a sweeter drink, increase the simple syrup amount slightly.
- Use unflavored kombucha to let the mango and lemon flavors stand out.
