Description
A light and refreshing no-bake dessert with layers of ladyfingers and mango cream.

- 200g ladyfinger biscuits
- 500g ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a charlotte mold or a springform pan with ladyfinger biscuits.
- Blend half of the mango cubes with powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream.
- Arrange a layer of the remaining mango cubes over the ladyfingers in the mold.
- Pour half of the mango cream mixture over the mango cubes.
- Add another layer of ladyfingers.
- Pour the remaining mango cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Decorate with fresh mango slices before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the mangoes are ripe for best flavor.
- You can substitute other fruits for mango.
- Soak the ladyfingers briefly in milk or fruit juice if you prefer a softer texture.
