A delicious and indulgent dish featuring crispy fries topped with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen French fries
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and bake fries according to package instructions
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat
  3. Add taco seasoning to beef and stir well
  4. Spread cooked fries on serving platter
  5. Top with seasoned beef and shredded cheese
  6. Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts
  7. Add sour cream, green onions, tomatoes and jalapeños
  8. Serve immediately
