Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
 - In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
 - In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
 - Stir in Limoncello, milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
 - Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with lemon slices if desired.

- For a richer texture, add 2 tbsp sour cream to the batter.
