  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are lightly browned and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven. Immediately toss the hot cauliflower with lemon juice and lemon zest.
