Ingredients

- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 banana (frozen is best)
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth. Add more water if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
