A simple and flavorful chicken dish with a bright lemon butter sauce.

			- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
 
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
 - In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
 - Stir in lemon juice and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until sauce slightly thickens.
 - Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
 - Stir in chopped parsley.
 - Serve immediately.
 
Notes
- For extra lemon flavor, add lemon zest to the sauce.
 - Serve with rice or pasta to soak up the sauce.
