- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 4–5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place almond milk, frozen blueberries, avocado, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using) into a blender.
- Add ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of almond milk for your preferred thickness.
- For a colder smoothie, use frozen avocado chunks instead of fresh.
