Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (for Easter) or chopped cherries (for Christmas)
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Stir in flour until no streaks remain.
- In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Scatter mixed berries or chopped cherries over the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the fruit.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For Easter, use a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- For Christmas, use chopped maraschino cherries or dried cranberries.
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
