Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until just combined.
  4. Stir in flour until no streaks remain.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  7. Scatter mixed berries or chopped cherries over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the fruit.

  10. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
