- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Sweetener to taste (erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, unsweetened almond milk, and butter.
- Heat over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is warm. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat. Stir in Irish whiskey, vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add sweetener gradually, tasting as you go, until your desired sweetness is reached.
- Pour into a clean glass bottle or jar.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Shake well before serving.

- For a thicker consistency, you can add an extra tablespoon of butter.
