- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup erythritol or other keto sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- If using, fold in the chopped pecans.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any combination of berries you prefer.
- Adjust the sweetener to your taste.
- For a thicker consistency, you can add a tablespoon of sugar-free pudding mix.
