A quick and easy recipe for making pepperoni pizza using French bread as the base.

- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- Brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over both halves of the bread.
- Top the sauce with mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are lightly browned.
- Slice into serving pieces and serve hot.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, toast the bread halves for 3 minutes before adding toppings.
- You can add other toppings like mushrooms or green peppers if desired.
