 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - Wooden or metal skewers
 
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
 - In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the mixture.
 - Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. If baking, arrange skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.
 - Serve hot.
