- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, jerk seasoning, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix gently until just combined; do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the turkey burgers for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly, if desired.
- Assemble the burgers: place a cooked patty on a bun, then top with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Notes
- For extra moisture, you can add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
