- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 4 lobster rolls or brioche buns
- Butter, for toasting
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, jerk seasoning, lime juice, and hot sauce (if using). Mix well.
- Divide the lobster mixture evenly among the lobster rolls or buns.
- Butter the outsides of the rolls or buns.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Toast the rolls or buns until golden brown and heated through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can grill the lobster rolls instead of toasting them in a skillet.
- Adjust the amount of jerk seasoning and hot sauce to your spice preference.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions if desired.
