A simple, refreshing smoothie featuring pineapple and coconut milk.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of ginger to control the spice level.
- Use fresh pineapple if frozen is unavailable, but add 3-4 ice cubes for coldness.
