Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté onion, jalapenos, and garlic in the same skillet until soft.
  3. Add brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and black pepper.
  4. Return bacon to the skillet and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool slightly, then pulse in a food processor for a chunky texture.
