Ingredients

- 1 lb bacon, chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain excess fat.
- Sauté onion, jalapenos, and garlic in the same skillet until soft.
- Add brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and black pepper.
- Return bacon to the skillet and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then pulse in a food processor for a chunky texture.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Adjust jalapeno quantity for desired heat level.
