- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup blueberry jam or preserves
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir in melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract and lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Spoon blueberry jam over the cream cheese layer and swirl gently with a knife.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer crust, bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) and let cool completely before adding filling.
- Use good quality blueberry jam for the best flavor.
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
